Commercial and office complex Dunaj consists of two interconnected buildings in the center of Bratislava. Older building Dunaj I was constructed in 1936 in the functionalist style. Design is a work of prominent Austrian architect Christian Ludwig. The building, which is listed in the register of cultural monuments, provides a total of over 2,740 square meters of leasable space dividend between offices, warehouses and detail space. The building Dunaj II from 1985 offers the same flexibility. Formerly known as Dům odievanie, the building is not under historical protection, has also six floors and offers over 5,410 square meter sof rentable area. Total rentable area is 8,150 square meters.

Location
The department store Dunaj I and II with a long tradition are located at the Námestie SNP in the heart of Bratislava, close to the historical part of town. The area is the most popular destination for local and foreign visitors, and is characterized by easy access by car and public transportation. The buildings are also directly linked with the main routes of Obchodná and Poštová pedestrian zone. The zone ends right in front of the presidential palace.
Accessibility
The stops of trams 1, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13 and 14 are located nearby the complex. By car, the site can be reached from directions of Staromestská street, Štefánikova street and Hodžovo square through the Hurbanovo square.
